- Executive Level: Select a lot, view assigned any task for Area manager and Superintendents
- Area Manager: See any assigned task on lots for his Superintendents
- Superintended: Select any task on lots assigned to him
- View all purchase orders and schedule events for each lot
- Display the following (Lot/Blk, Model/Elevation, Adress, Start date, Cost code & PO number, Task
category, Purchase orders, and schedule events)
- Enter task start-finish dates
- Display percentage complete of pay items based on hours
- Enter select vendors that are going to work for the pay item
- Summary view for the superintendent to see all assigned lots, then click to expand showing purchase orders and tasks.

- Actual task duration
- Estimated completion date
- Actual completion date
- Field for notes and comments
- Refresh updates to CSV file located on R&R server daily or multiple times a day
